How do I earn Ray Points?
Earn points by attending Seacrest athletic events, volunteering, and participating in designated Pack the Stands games.
How do I check in?
Scan the Rays Rewards QR code when you arrive at the event using your personal member QR code.
What if I don't have a phone?
No Problem. Just send us an email and we will get you a
Do I have to stay for the whole game?
Students should stay for the majority of the event to receive credit. Leaving shortly after checking in may result in points being removed.
Can I check in after the game starts?
Yes. As long as check-in is still open, you may receive credit for attending.
Can I attend away games?
Yes! Many away games earn points as well. Check the Events page for eligible contests.
Can I earn points at more than one event in a day?
Yes. If multiple eligible events are scheduled, you can earn points for each one.

What is Pack the Stands?
Once each month, one athletic event is selected as our featured Pack the Stands game. These events award significantly more Ray Points and are designed to bring the entire school together.
Why are Pack the Stands worth more?
These events help create an incredible atmosphere for our athletes and build school traditions.
How will I know when the next Pack the Stands game is?
Upcoming Pack the Stands events are posted on the Events page, announced during Morning Meeting, and shared on social media.
Volunteering
Can I earn points by volunteering?
Absolutely!
Volunteers help make Seacrest Athletics successful.
How many points do volunteers receive?
Volunteers receive double the normal attendance points for the event they help with.
What volunteer opportunities are available?

Rays Points
Why are some events worth more points?
Point values are designed to encourage school-wide support across all Rays athletic programs and may vary throughout the year based on attendance goals and special promotions.
Can I check in for points during a game I am competing in?
No. Rays Rewards are designed to encourage spectators.
Do my Ray Points expire?
Ray Points remain active throughout the current school year. Points and Status reset at the beginning of each school year.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No. Ray Points belong to the student who earned them.
Can I lose points?
Yes. Points may be removed for misuse of the program, including fraudulent check-ins or behavior inconsistent with Seacrest's community expectations.
Is there a history of my points??
Yes. Every scan is recorded, including the activity or reward and the staff member who processed it. This helps us quickly resolve mistakes and keeps the program fair for everyone.
Rewards Store
How do I redeem my points?
Scan the same digital membership card you used to earn your points to redeem rewards with your teacher, at the concession stand, or during the Rays Reward Drop.
What is the Rewards Drop?
The Rewards Drop is a special Morning Meeting pop-up featuring snacks, drinks, and surprise rewards available for redemption with Ray Points.
How do I redeem Homework Passes or Free Dress Days?
Scan the same digital membership card you used to earn your points to redeem rewards with your teacher instead of collecting homework, or with your advisor when arriving on free dress day. The points will automatically be deducted.
Can rewards sell out?
Yes. Some Rewards Drop items are available while supplies last.
Can I save my points?
Absolutely. Many students choose to save points for larger rewards later in the year.
Levels and Recognition
What are Silver, Gold, and Platinum?
As you earn more Ray Points, you'll unlock milestone levels and receive exclusive one-time recognition and rewards.
Do I lose my level if I spend my points?
No. Your level is based on the total number of Ray Points you've earned this year, not your current point balance.
How do I know my level?
Your current level is displayed in your member profile and on the Leaderboard.

The Leaderboard is updated regularly throughout the school year.
